Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have had breast, colorectal, ovarian, pancreatic, bile duct, or stomach cancer that has not spread.
  • You finished your chemotherapy (not including hormone therapy) less than 3 months ago.
  • You are able to be up and about, with at most some limits on strenuous activity.
  • You have no new cancer treatments planned (except hormone therapy) and no heart condition that would make exercise unsafe.
