Blink reminders study for dry eyes in screen users

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 40 years old.
  • You use a digital screen (like a computer, phone, or tablet) for at least 4 hours a day, on 3 or more days per week.
  • You have dry eye symptoms that bother you (such as dryness, burning, or blurry vision).
  • You are willing to install and use a free app called BlinkEasy on your main device (phone or computer).
  • You do not have other active eye diseases, have not had eye surgery, and do not use certain eye drops or have conditions like diabetes or Sjögren's syndrome.
