Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 35 years old.
  • You use screens (phones, computers, etc.) for at least 4 hours every day.
  • You can see well at a reading distance without major vision problems.
  • You do not have any eye infections, serious diseases, or use certain eye treatments.
  • You have not had eye surgery in the past 6 months and do not wear special lenses (like blue-light blocking).
