- You are 18 years or older.
- You have had your pancreas partially or fully removed, with very low C-peptide level (below 0.3 ng/mL) and blood sugar between 120 and 225 mg/dL at the time of testing.
- You use between 6 and 250 units of insulin daily.
- You are covered by French social security.
- You are willing and able to give written informed consent.
