Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with chronic spontaneous urticaria (ongoing hives for at least 6 weeks).
  • You do not have any other major health conditions like diabetes, inflammatory diseases, or cancer.
  • You have not used anti-inflammatory drugs or medications that affect blood sugar or cholesterol in the last 3 months.
  • You are not a smoker or regular alcohol drinker, and you are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
