Who can take part
- You have a confirmed cancer diagnosis (by biopsy or other lab test).
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You are currently getting chemotherapy that has a high risk of causing a fever and low white blood cell count, OR a moderate risk with other factors, OR you've had this problem before.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant, and you agree to use birth control if you could become pregnant.
- You are not allergic to the study drug (me capegfilgrastim) and you are able to give your informed consent.
