Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and weigh more than 77 pounds (35 kg).
- You have been newly diagnosed with multiple myeloma and have not had a stem cell transplant.
- Your doctor plans to treat you with at least 6 cycles of the DRD regimen (a combination of a CD38 antibody, lenalidomide, and dexamethasone).
- You are generally well enough to perform daily activities (ECOG score 0-2) and expected to live at least 3 months.
- Your blood counts (neutrophil and platelet levels) and kidney/liver function are within acceptable ranges.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, and agree to use effective birth control during treatment and for one year after.
