- You are a 6th grade student in Pakistan.
- You are available at school on the days when the program activities or check-ins happen.
- You are not currently at high risk for suicide, as determined by you, your parents, or trained staff.
- You do not have a serious medical condition that needs urgent hospital care or ongoing treatment in a hospital or clinic.
- You do not have severe hearing, vision, or speech problems, and you do not have a severe mental health condition (like psychosis or severe autism) that would make it hard to participate.
