Who can take part
- You are a secondary school student in Classes 7–10 (ages 12–17) or a teacher (ages 22–60) at a Bangla-medium school in Dhaka city
- If you are a student, your parents must give permission and you must agree to participate
- If you are a teacher, you must agree to participate in the training
- You have not previously attended an emotional intelligence training program
- You do not have severe mental illness, vision loss, hearing loss, or physical disabilities that would prevent you from participating
- Students must be identified as having lower emotional intelligence skills (struggling with emotions or at-risk) based on an assessment
