  • You have a chronic kidney or urinary condition that hasn't improved with antibiotics or other treatments
  • You can walk to a nearby colonnade and back three times a day
  • You are willing to follow the treatment schedule and sign a consent form
  • You do not have severe mobility problems or active cancer
