Who can take part
- Age 50 or older
- Knee osteoarthritis confirmed by X-ray within the last 3 years (at least one knee)
- Moderate to significant knee pain (over 30 mm on a pain scale) in the past month

- No recent steroid injections (at least 1 month gap) or joint injections like hyaluronic acid or PRP (at least 3 months gap)
