Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have advanced or recurrent bile duct or gallbladder cancer (not ampullary cancer).
- You've had exactly one prior standard treatment (cisplatin/gemcitabine plus durvalumab or pembrolizumab) and are now being considered for FOLFOX chemo.
- Your cancer is measurable by scans and cannot be surgically removed or has spread.
- You are in good enough health to handle daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You do not have certain medical conditions like severe diarrhea, heart problems, or active infections.
