Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 75 years old.
  • You have advanced or spreading gallbladder cancer or extrahepatic bile duct cancer that cannot be surgically removed, and you have not had prior systemic treatment for it.
  • You are in good enough physical condition to be up and about (ECOG 0-1).
  • Your major organs (blood, liver, kidneys, heart) are working well enough based on recent lab tests and scans.
  • You do not have active hepatitis B or C, active TB, or a history of severe bleeding or clotting problems.
