  • You must be 18 or older
  • Your cancer must be advanced and have not responded to or you cannot take standard treatments
  • Your cancer must have gotten worse during or after your last treatment, as shown on scans
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan
  • You must be able to care for yourself and be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1)
  • Your organs must be working well enough
