Who can take part
- You are able to do most of your daily activities on your own (ECOG 0 or 1) and this has not worsened in the last 2 weeks.
- Your major organs are working well enough for the study.
- You have colorectal or prostate cancer that has spread and cannot be removed by surgery, confirmed by biopsy.
- You have not had another cancer that required treatment in the last 2 years, except for certain skin cancers or early-stage cancers that have been removed.
- You have not had major surgery in the last 28 days, serious bleeding in the last month, or a serious infection in the last 4 weeks.
- You do not have untreated or worsening brain tumors, current or past lung inflammation requiring high-dose steroids, or an autoimmune disease needing treatment in the last 2 years.
