  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You have a body mass index (BMI) under 35
  • You can communicate in Turkish and agree to take part
  • You can use a number scale to rate your pain (0 to 10)
  • You have not had previous chest surgery or chest injury
  • You do not have certain medical conditions like diabetes, liver or kidney problems, or bleeding disorders
