This study tests if a home-based strength training program can help improve memory and thinking in men who have had hormone therapy for prostate cancer. You would exercise from home using a webcam and internet connection.

Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with prostate cancer that has not spread or has spread without symptoms.
- You have received hormone therapy (ADT) in the past.
- You are not currently getting radiation treatment.
- You have some memory or thinking concerns (mild cognitive impairment), as determined by a short phone screening test.
- You are not very physically active (less than 90 minutes of moderate/vigorous activity per week and fewer than 2 days of strength training per week).
- You have a webcam and internet access at home, and can do the study in English.
