  • You are 18 to 70 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with a type of stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that can be removed by surgery.
  • Your care team has recommended chemo or radiation before surgery.
  • You can use a smartphone and are willing to use a digital platform to track your recovery.
  • You are not pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or nursing.
  • You do not have other serious health problems that would prevent light exercise.
