Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older
  • You are scheduled for major surgery to cure cancer of the pancreas, liver, bile ducts, stomach, or esophagus
  • Your care team has cleared you to take part in a supervised exercise program before surgery
  • You can attend exercise sessions at the center three times a week (or once a week plus online sessions if travel is long)
  • You have a smartphone or tablet with internet access and are comfortable using basic digital tools
  • You speak German well enough to understand instructions
