Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and either surgically sterile or agree to use contraception.
- Your blood cancer has returned, not responded, or progressed after standard treatments.
- You have recovered from side effects of prior treatments (except mild hair loss or nerve issues).
- Your liver and kidneys are working well enough, and your overall health status is good (ECOG 0-2).
- You can stay in the hospital for monitoring and provide urine and stool samples.
- You have no history of serious heart issues, stomach surgery that affects drug absorption, or active infections.
