Who can take part

  • You can sign consent, and your expected survival is at least 3 months.
  • You have an advanced solid tumor (including a specific type of liposarcoma) that can’t be treated with curative surgery or other local treatments.
  • For the dose-expansion part, you have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans (RECIST 1.1).
  • Your blood tests and organ health (like liver/kidney/bone marrow) meet the study’s lab requirements.
  • Any side effects from prior cancer treatments must have mostly improved (nerve side effects to mild level, other reversible side effects to very mild), as judged by the study doctor.
  • You will use effective birth control from signing consent until after your last study dose.
