Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE)

Part of Immune system & allergy, Skin clinical trials.

This trial tests a new CAR-T cell therapy for people with severe lupus that hasn't improved with standard treatments. The therapy uses specially designed immune cells to target and destroy cells causing the disease.

NCT07339332Recruiting· Early Phase 1
CAR-T cell therapy for moderate to severe lupus

This study tests whether a new CAR-T cell treatment (called CT1195E) can help people with lupus that hasn't improved with standard medicines. CAR-T cells are specially trained immune cells that seek out and destroy certain faulty immune cells, which may reduce lupus symptoms. The trial is for people with moderate to severe active lupus affecting organs like the kidneys, heart, or blood system.
