Who can take part
- You are between 3 and 65 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) by a doctor.
- Your lupus is not controlled with usual treatments, or you have lupus-related kidney disease that is not improving.
- You are willing to stop taking your lupus medications for at least one week before the treatment.
- You do not have serious heart, lung, or other major organ problems.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
