  • You are a teen (age 12-17) with a chronic health condition that needs hospital care.
  • You are currently admitted to a hospital.
  • You or your teen screened positive for risky alcohol use during this hospital stay.
  • There are no other restrictions – this trial is open to all eligible teens.
