  • You are between 19 and 65 years old
  • Your BMI is 30 or lower
  • You have no abnormal findings on a basic blood test
  • You do not have uncontrolled high blood pressure
  • You do not use a pacemaker, artificial joint, stent, or other implanted device
  • You do not have epilepsy, a history of fainting, or a high risk of electric shock
