- You’re between 18 and 90 years old
- Your stroke symptoms affect one side of your body, and the stroke happened more than 6 months ago
- You can walk on your own (or with a walking aid) for at least 300 feet
- You can read, understand, and communicate in English, including telling the team about discomfort or pain
- You use a smartphone daily and have home Wi‑Fi
- Your health conditions are stable (no severe recent surgery/hospital stay, uncontrolled blood pressure/diabetes, or other major nerve/brain conditions besides stroke)
