Who can take part

  • You are between 13 and 40 years old
  • You have played in the Chinese Taipei Ranking Tournament or National Championships in the past three years
  • You have at least 4 years of table tennis experience
  • You train more than 10 hours per week
  • You have not had any surgery or fracture on your arms or shoulders
  • You do not have shoulder dislocations, spine injuries in the last year, autoimmune diseases, cancer, pregnancy, or nerve problems
