Who can take part

  • You are between 16 and 20 years old.
  • You have at least 2 years of tennis training experience.
  • You are a competitive tennis player (national level, provincial/city tournaments, or a tennis major student).
  • You have not done any regular strength training (lifting weights) in the last 3 months.
  • You do not have any medical issues, recent surgeries, or injuries that could affect participation.
