Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 18 to 65 years
- You are scheduled for elective breast implant surgery on both sides
- You are in good general health (ASA I or II)
- You are not allergic to lidocaine, bupivacaine, or tramadol
- You have no bleeding disorders or take blood thinners
- Your body mass index (BMI) is 35 or lower
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
- You do not have chronic pain or use strong pain medicines regularly
