Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have prediabetes (confirmed by a blood test within the last year, a history of gestational diabetes, or a positive prediabetes risk test).
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is 25 or higher (23 or higher if you are Asian American).
  • You are not currently pregnant.
  • You have not been diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes.
