  • You are 18 years or older
  • You are an emergency medical services (EMS) provider (for the simulation part)
  • You have had a resuscitation attempt for a cardiac arrest outside the hospital (for the clinical part)
  • You are not a prisoner
  • You do not have a do-not-resuscitate (DNR) or do-not-intubate (DNI) order
  • You have not been declared deceased by emergency responders before resuscitation
