Who can take part
- You are 50 years old or older and of Asian ethnicity.
- You have been diagnosed for the first time with a stroke, traumatic brain injury, knee osteoarthritis, or breast cancer.
- You live in the community (not in a nursing home) and are not a foreign worker, tourist, or on a temporary visit pass in Singapore.
- You can understand and follow simple one-step instructions.
- You do not have serious health issues like active fractures, severe hearing or vision loss, kidney dialysis, or a life expectancy less than 1 year.
- If you have knee osteoarthritis, you have not had a knee replacement and your pain is not from another condition.
