Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) should be between 18 and 40, and you must weigh at least 45 kg (99 lbs).
  • You cannot have taken certain immune-suppressing or cell-depleting drugs before.
  • You cannot have a current infection or a history of severe infections.
  • You must have a specific autoimmune disease, like rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, psoriasis, lupus skin rash, or eczema, that meets certain severity criteria.
  • Women who can get pregnant must have a negative pregnancy test and use effective birth control.
