Who can take part
- You have a confirmed soft tissue sarcoma (STS) that is grade 2 or 3 (faster-growing on pathology)
- Your tumor is larger than 5 cm, or a tumor board says it’s borderline resectable or not safely removable
- Your scans show the cancer is only in the local area (no distant spread to other organs or regions)
- You are 18 to 70, or 70 to 75 with good day-to-day functioning (ECOG 0–1), and you’re expected to live more than 2 years
- Your blood, liver, and kidney tests meet the study minimums
- You can sign the consent form and agree to the treatment plan
