  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have at least 20 natural teeth that can be checked for plaque and gum health.
  • You are willing to follow the study schedule and sign a consent form.
  • You have a certain amount of plaque and gum inflammation at the start of the study (measured by a dentist).
  • You have no known allergies to toothpaste or mouthwash ingredients.
