Who can take part
- You must have been diagnosed with a glioblastoma or grade 4 astrocytoma (confirmed by biopsy or surgery).
- Your doctor recommends starting standard chemotherapy (temozolomide) along with radiation therapy.
- Your biopsy or surgery was within the last 12 weeks before joining the study.
- You are expected to live at least 12 weeks.
- Your activity level is good (ECOG score 0, 1, or 2, meaning you can care for yourself and walk around).
- Your kidney function is good enough to safely receive a contrast dye used in MRI scans.
- You are able to lie flat for at least 30 minutes and wear a special mask to keep your head still during treatment.
