Who can take part
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of high-grade glioma based on a tissue/pathology test
- You are 18 years or older
- Your general ability to do daily activities is moderate or better (Karnofsky score 60 or higher)
- You can have MRI scans using gadolinium contrast (the dye used for clearer images)
- If you can become pregnant, you are not pregnant and you are not breastfeeding; you will use birth control during the study
