Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You need a single tooth implant in the front of your upper jaw
  • The tooth will be removed right before placing the implant
  • You have a bone defect on the cheek side of the tooth that needs a small bone graft from the back of your upper jaw
  • You do not have uncontrolled health problems, active gum disease, or untreated mouth infections
  • You are not a heavy smoker (smoking 10 or fewer cigarettes per day)
