Who can take part
- You must have clear cell kidney cancer that has spread or come back after initial treatment.
- You must have received at least 2 doses of pembrolizumab as an adjuvant (after surgery) treatment and your cancer must have grown within 12 months of the last dose.
- You must be in fairly good health (able to care for yourself) and have adequate organ function.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans and has not been previously treated with radiation, unless it has grown since.
- You must not have had any other cancer treatment after your adjuvant pembrolizumab, except certain local therapies for brain metastases.
- You must not have uncontrolled high blood pressure, serious heart disease, or active infections.
