Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have kidney cancer with a clear-cell component that has spread or returned (Stage IV).
- You must have received at least 2 doses of pembrolizumab as adjuvant treatment and your cancer must have progressed within 12 months after the last dose.
- You must have measurable disease (tumors that can be seen on scans) and be in generally good health (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
- You must have adequate organ function and controlled blood pressure (≤150/90 mmHg).
- You must not have had any other cancer treatment after your adjuvant pembrolizumab.
