Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old and have completed primary school or higher.
- You are a first-time mom (primiparous) and between 27 and 28 weeks pregnant.
- Your pregnancy is low-risk (no conditions like gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, or carrying twins).
- You don't have a serious health condition (like diabetes, high blood pressure, or kidney problems) that started before pregnancy.
- You have not been diagnosed with a psychiatric disorder (like depression or anxiety) and are willing to take part in a prenatal breastfeeding class.
- You have internet access and a smartphone or computer, and you speak Turkish.
