Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • This is your first pregnancy (never been pregnant before)
  • You are in your third trimester (last 3 months of pregnancy)
  • You receive prenatal care at UMF No. 9, IMSS in Mexico
  • You can attend educational classes during the study
  • You are willing to sign a consent form and complete all follow-up visits
