Who can take part

  • You are 50 years or older
  • You have active polyp-like lesions in the central part of your retina (macula) causing fluid or bleeding
  • Your vision is reduced but not worse than about 20/320 and not better than 20/40 on an eye chart
  • You have not had any previous eye injections for this condition
  • You do not have any uncontrolled health problems like active cancer, high blood pressure, or recent stroke or heart attack
