Who can take part
- You must be 19 years or older.
- You need to have active polypoidal lesions in the macula with signs of fluid or bleeding, as confirmed by special eye tests.
- Your vision in the study eye must be between 20/30 and 20/400 on an eye chart.
- You must not have had any previous eye treatments for this condition, such as anti-VEGF injections, laser, or surgery other than cataract surgery.
- You cannot have had a stroke or heart attack in the last 6 months.
- You must not have received any systemic anti-VEGF therapy at any time.
