Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are scheduled for cataract surgery (lens replacement) with or without a glaucoma procedure.
  • You can give written permission to join the study.
  • You do not have any other serious eye disease besides cataract (or glaucoma if in the glaucoma group).
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You have not had eye surgery in the study eye before.
