  • You are a woman between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You are scheduled for a Pap smear procedure.
  • You can communicate in Turkish and are willing to fill out study questionnaires.
  • You have no major vision or hearing problems that would keep you from using a VR headset.
  • You do not have severe motion sickness or vertigo, and you haven't taken any anti-anxiety medication in the last 24 hours.
