High dose cabergoline for small prolactin tumors in women

Who can take part

  • You are a premenopausal woman over 18 years old.
  • You have a small pituitary tumor (less than 1 cm) seen on an MRI.
  • You have high prolactin levels (at least twice the normal maximum).
  • You have not received any treatment for this condition before.
  • If you are sexually active with a male partner, you must agree to use effective birth control during the study.
  • You are not pregnant, planning to get pregnant, or using hormonal birth control pills in the past 4 weeks.
