Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have a type of cancer that started in the abdomen or pelvis (like liver, kidney, or bladder cancer) and has spread to other places in the body.
  • You should have no more than 10 spots of cancer that have spread, and those spots must be safe to treat with radiation.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured with scans.
  • You must be able to take care of yourself (able to get up and about, though not necessarily able to do heavy work).
  • If you have had other cancer in the past 5 years, it must have been a very early, cured kind (like certain skin cancers or early bladder cancer).
