Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You do not have diabetes or prediabetes.
- You have been told you have anemia (low red blood cells), such as iron deficiency, B12 or folate deficiency, or anemia from a long-term illness.
- You have hemolytic anemia, including sickle cell trait/disease or thalassemia trait/intermediate.
- You have not had a blood transfusion in the past 3 months.
- You are not pregnant and do not have a blood cancer like leukemia.
