Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older
  • Your general and oral health is good
  • You are not currently in medical treatment
  • Your front teeth are natural (no crowns or fillings) and at least a little yellow (shade A2 or darker)
  • You haven't had teeth whitening before
  • You do not grind your teeth, are not pregnant or nursing, and do not have sensitive teeth or exposed roots
