Who can take part

  • You must provide extracted human teeth (teeth that have already been removed for other reasons like orthodontic or gum treatment)
  • The teeth must be healthy with no visible cracks, breaks, fillings, or birth defects
  • The teeth cannot have cavities or restorations (fillings, crowns, etc.)
  • The teeth must not have been extracted because of disease affecting the tooth structure
  • You must provide complete information about when and why each tooth was extracted
